ATSTAR Authors Speak Out: A Curriculum Tool for District AT Planning
Friday, October 19, 2007 8:00 am - 9:00 am
Join ATSTAR authors Gayl Bowser, Kelly Fonner, Penny Reed, Joy Zabala, and Carye Edelman in a discussion about how the ATSTAR on-line curriculum fits into a comprehensive district AT plan that helps school-based educators and families work together to address and provide for the assistive technology needs of students with disabilities. ATSTAR is an acronym for Assistive Technology: Strategies, Tools, Accommodations, and Resources. Hear its authors talk about various ways that ATSTAR on-line curriculum and supplementary activities can be used in a variety of settings to support effective, efficient assistive technology decision-making.
